For Scandinavians, the ash tree was a sacred tree. Slavs valued it for its medicinal properties. For us, ash is an excellent wood used in the production of parquets. Ash parquets are just as resistant to dirt, scratches, and adverse weather conditions as oak parquets. However, they have a slightly different grain structure, which is why they have gained such popularity. Ash parquets are available in various colors: from white to cognac.
Ash, also known as natural ash or ash color, is characterized by its feature of two-tone elements, with intermixed white and heartwood, in any arrangement of grain. Ash is the hardest Polish wood species, making it an ideal material for floors. It is a hard, flexible, and heavy wood, and its high resistance to wear ensures the longevity of the floor.
