Logistics specialist
Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for candidates for the position - Logistics Specialist.
Parkiet Studio is a brand with 20 years of experience. We are a leader in our industry. We specialize in distributing wooden floors and internal doors from top Polish manufacturers. Their main advantages are carefully selected materials and precision in production. These factors have made us a recognizable and well-received brand in the market for many years.
Our offices are located at ul. Bartycka in Mokotów and at ul. Jutrzenki 117a in Ochota. The work is from Monday to Friday from 8.00-16.00 or 9.00-17.00.
Zakres obowiązków
- Contacting regular contractors regarding order fulfillment,
- Contacting retail customers (organizing and resolving delivery and billing issues),
- Settling documents with the sales department,
- Generating orders for suppliers,
- Maintaining sales records,
- Assisting in creating commercial price lists,
- Compiling sales documents and contracts,
- Assisting with office operations.
Wymagania
- Min. 2 years of experience in office work,
- Experience in working with retail customers,
- Analytical skills and ability to identify problems and find solutions,
- Ability to plan and organize own work,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Desire to learn and positive attitude towards work,
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, knowledge of the SUBIEKT program is a plus.
